Loan Checklist:
The following documentation will be needed for final underwriting approval. Documentation can be:
- Faxed to (210) 493-1253 or
- E-mailed directly to Loan Officer or
- Dropped off at our office located at 13526 George Rd., Suite 208, San Antonio, Tx, 78230.
- Copies of two most recent statements for all checking, savings, IRA, money market, mutual funds, 401k, Thrift retirement, stocks and/or bond accounts. (Most recent quarterly statement is also acceptable)
- Copies of two most recent and consecutive pay stubs (must be within 30 days).
- Copies of past two years W-2 statements from all employers.
- Past two years signed tax returns. (all Schedules)
- Copies of one form of photo ID for both borrower and co-borrower such as valid driver's license, passport, Visa, military ID, green card, immigration card, etc., and social security card.
- Copies of divorce decrees are required when alimony or child support payments are paid and if disclosed as income.
- Earnest money contract for home being purchased.
VA Borrowers also need:
- DD214
- Two original Statements of Service (if active duty)
- Transfer orders (if active duty)
- Verification of any childcare paid, i.e. paid receipt, child care center statement
If "interim" loan needed, also provide the following:
- HUD-1, Settlement Statement on lot purchase (or earnest money contract for lot)
- Warranty deed (if available)
- Lot survey (if available)
- Complete set of plans and specifications
- Earnest money contract from builder
